Reference Data qt variants Detail

Series

  • Vehicle Type (Text) — This field stores the vehicle type that has been allocated by RedBook or Glasses during the data import process. Do not edit this field. This field is shown in quotes as Quotes / Vehicle Specifications "Variant Vehicle Type".

Engine Code

  • Power Plant Type (Drop List) — If your Vehicle data is supplied by RedBook, and you have subscribed to their 'POWERPLANTTYPE' field, this field will be populated when importing) RedBook data.

Acceleration

  • Battery Capacity (Kwh) (string) — The maximum capacity of the High Voltage Battery in kWh. If your Vehicle data is supplied by RedBook, and you have subscribed to their 'HVBatteryCapacity' field, this field will be populated when importing) RedBook data.
  • Battery Charge Socket Type (string) — Standard plug type for the main HV battery charge port. If your Vehicle data is supplied by RedBook, and you have subscribed to their 'HVBatteryChargeSocketType' field, this field will be populated when importing) RedBook data.
  • Battery AC Charge Outlet (string) — The specification of the socket type for Normal Charge Time. If your Vehicle data is supplied by RedBook, and you have subscribed to their 'HVBatteryACChargeOutletDesc' field, this field will be populated when importing) RedBook data.
  • Battery AC Fast Charge (string) — The specification of the AC fast charge system for AC Fast Charge Time. If your Vehicle data is supplied by RedBook, and you have subscribed to their 'HVBatteryACFastChargeDesc' field, this field will be populated when importing) RedBook data.
  • Battery DC Fast Charge (string) — The specification of the DC fast charge system for DC Fast Charge Time. If your Vehicle data is supplied by RedBook, and you have subscribed to their 'HVBatteryDCFastChargeDesc' field, this field will be populated when importing) RedBook data.
  • Battery Warranty Years (string) — The number of years for which the High Voltage Battery is warranted against degradation to a given capacity. If your Vehicle data is supplied by RedBook, and you have subscribed to their 'HVBatteryWarrantyYears' field, this field will be populated when importing) RedBook data.
  • Battery Warranty Kms (string) — The number of km the High Voltage Battery warranty covers (-1 = Unlimited). If your Vehicle data is supplied by RedBook, and you have subscribed to their 'HVBatteryWarrantyKM' field, this field will be populated when importing) RedBook data.
  • Electric Engine Km Range (string) — Pure electric driving range in km (WLTP standard). If your Vehicle data is supplied by RedBook, and you have subscribed to their 'KMRangeElectricEngWLTP' field, this field will be populated when importing) RedBook data.
  • Energy Consumption(Wh/Km) (string) — The vehicle's electricity consumption per km as measured under testing standards (in Wh/km). If your Vehicle data is supplied by RedBook, and you have subscribed to their 'EnergyConsumption' field, this field will be populated when importing) RedBook data.

Fuel

  • Fuel Type — This is linked to the table qtfueltype_translations using the data source field, so there need to be entries in that table to match the data source for the variant.

Fuel Combined

  • CO2 Emissions — This is used in the ACT Purchase Stamp Duty calculation and also in one of the Carbon Emissions Offset (CEO)) budget calculations.

Qt variant dealer discounts

This table stores each variant's dealer discount.

This table links each variant to a client and / or supplier to default in and calculate any available discounts.

More information on how this works is available on the Quotes / Vehicle screen where the value is entered and stored.

Filters

  • Make (Drop List) — Select a make.
  • Model (Drop List) — Select a model.
  • Model Year (Drop List) — '--All--' is the default filter. Choose a model year to narrow your search.
  • Variant (Drop List) — '--All--' is the default filter. Choose a variant to see the Variant ID.
  • Supplier Code (Text) — Enter or Search for the Supplier Code of the Dealer the Discount is to be applied against
  • Client Code (Text) — Enter or Search for the Client Code that the Dealer Discount is linked to.
  • Variant ID (Number) — You can enter a Variant ID directly to see that variant. The Variant ID will be displayed if a variant has been selected.
  • Last Effective Date (Check Box) — This is selected by default to display the most recent record for each of the Variants/Models (when Model Year = “--All--").
  • View Edit History (**) — The Variant ID must be entered to display the Audit History window. This will display any and what changes have been made to Variant Dealer Discount profile.

Qt variant optional equipment

This table links the optional equipment (using descriptions and codes from qtoptionalequipment) to individual variants.

Field Descriptions

  • Year (Text) — (Model)
  • Variant (Text) — Mouse over Variant to see the Variant Code.
  • Option Code (Text) — Optional Equipment Code
  • Option Description (Text) — Optional Equipment description
  • Supplier Code (Text) — Supplier for the Option
  • I (Check Box) — If the feature is configured by your business, you can check this field and the option will be added to new quotes automatically. Visit the [Quotes:Options Include by Default] page for more details on this feature.
  • Residual $ (Num) — Residual value of the Option
  • Cost Net (Num) — Cost price ex gst of the Option
  • Price Net (Num) — Price ex gst of the Option
  • Price GST (Num) — GST price of the Option
  • Price Gross (Num) — Gross price of the Option
  • Type (List) — Choose from factory, dealer or aftermarket. ‘Aftermarket’ options (e.g. rust proofing, navigators etc) can be used for options fitted at the dealership or after delivery. The cost price indicates the cost to you and the list price the price to the customer, the difference being a margin. If options are set to ‘aftermarket’ they appear in their own section on the Options box on the quote/vehicle screen.

  • Status (List) — Must be active to be selectable on a quote

Qt variant profiles

This table stores each variant's profile.

This table links each variant to various profiling tables to be used primarily in quote budget calculations.

An example of how a profile might be structured is shown in the Quote Profiles page.

Field Descriptions

  • ID (Number) — Shows the Variant Profile ID.

Variant

  • Service Profile — Store the default **'Quotes / Lease ** Maintenance"Profile Name" here.
  • Tyre Code — Store the default **'Quotes / Lease ** Tyres) "Tyre Code" here.
  • Tyres / Set — Store the default **'Quotes / Lease ** Tyres) "Tyres per Set" here.
  • Tyre Interval — Store the default **'Quotes / Lease ** Tyres) "Interval KMs" here. E.g. Replace tyres every 40,000 kms.
  • Vehicle Type (Text) — This field is shown in quotes as Quotes / Vehicle Specifications "Profile Vehicle Type". The "Profile Vehicle Type" hyperlinks to this record. This field is normally updated by a scheduler script. It can be updated in this screen if a correction is needed.
  • Delivery Metro — Default dealer delivery fee.

RV Margin

  • Insurance Type (Drop List) — Chose or update the insurance type to use in quotes for this variant. It displays the . Bulk update of this field can be performed using the Vehicle to Insurance Type classification mapping process.
