Have some control of Deployment dates and times

For Catch-e deployments that have an outage, it would be good (if possible) to have the ability to postpone the deployment for a number of days and specify a time when to deploy. Similar to phone or windows updates. Understand that at the moment deployments are manual. The current no deployment rule within 3 business days before or after the first of month may not suite everyone.
