In many cases they will also guide you through what information is required before changes can be made.</p><p></p></div></details><h1 id="sap8b50teod" data-toc-id="sap8b50teod">Fuel</h1><details class="details"><summary>I’ve put a fuel card on the wrong contract</summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>Fuel card corrections must be handled by Catch-e support.</p><p>Before contacting support, go to Fleet → Card Services → Cards and locate the incorrectly linked card. If possible, reassign it to the correct contract.</p><p>Then provide support with:</p><ul><li><p>the correct Contract ID</p></li><li><p>the card number</p></li><li><p>details of any additional incorrectly assigned cards (a list or spreadsheet is helpful if there are multiple)</p></li></ul><p>Catch-e support will then move the associated transactions to the correct contract.</p></div></details><h1 id="qys15kc57pz" data-toc-id="qys15kc57pz">Invoicing</h1><details class="details"><summary>My invoice is wrong. Can I delete it?</summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>No. System invoices cannot be deleted by users.</p><p>Catch-e support can delete invoices for you, either:</p><ul><li><p>completely, or</p></li><li><p>partially (selected invoice rows only)</p></li></ul><p>If only some rows are removed, the invoice can be reprinted and will automatically recalculate totals.</p><p>If the invoice relates to lease budgets, removing it will reset those budgets to “pending”, allowing corrections.</p><p>If the invoice has already been exported to an accounting system, additional steps may be required depending on how your accounting integration is managed.</p><p>To request an invoice correction, provide:</p><ul><li><p>invoice number</p></li><li><p>contract number (if only part of the invoice is affected)</p></li><li><p>confirmation of whether it has already been exported to accounting</p></li></ul><p>Note: invoices that have been receipted cannot be deleted until the receipt is reversed.</p></div></details><details class="details"><summary>What do I do if an invoice has already been receipted?</summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>Receipted invoices must be unreceipted before they can be corrected.</p><p>Once unreceipted, the amount can be placed “on account” until a corrected invoice is issued and ready for allocation.</p></div></details><details class="details"><summary>My billing started in the wrong month</summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>Catch-e support can adjust lease start dates where required.</p><p>This will not change the original invoice date, but it will:</p><ul><li><p>update transaction dates within invoices</p></li><li><p>update contract dates on the Contracts / Lease tab</p></li><li><p>adjust billing periods in driver reporting</p></li></ul><p>To request a change, provide:</p><ul><li><p>contract number</p></li><li><p>correct lease start date</p></li><li><p>invoice numbers (only if invoice dates also need adjustment)</p></li></ul></div></details><h1 id="i7x35q1wyip" data-toc-id="i7x35q1wyip">Approvals</h1><details class="details"><summary>Can I edit or delete an approval?</summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>Yes, but only if it has not been exported.</p><p>If it has not been exported:</p><ul><li><p>use Un-Post to return it to Pending</p></li><li><p>edit or delete as required</p></li></ul><p>If it has already been exported:</p><ul><li><p>create a reversing approval to neutralise the original</p></li><li><p>then raise a new correct approval</p></li></ul></div></details><details class="details"><summary>I raised an approval on the wrong contract</summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>If the approval has not been exported:</p><ul><li><p>delete it</p></li><li><p>recreate it on the correct contract</p></li></ul><p>If it has already been exported:</p><ul><li><p>create a reversing approval</p></li><li><p>then raise a corrected approval on the correct contract</p></li></ul></div></details><p></p>
