Navigation & Interface
Home
The Home page is the screen displayed when you log in.
The menus shown at the top left are always available from any screen. They are the starting point for navigating to different system areas.
If configured, you may also see chart boxes on the home screen.
To return to the Home screen at any time, click the ** symbol found at the top right of all screens.
Field Descriptions
User (Drop List) — Displays your login by default. If set, you can select other users in a drop list. Select
--All--to see KPI data for all users, or select a particular user.Workgroup (Drop List) — Displays your workgroup by default. You can view KPI data for other workgroups. Select
--All--or a specific workgroup.Name (Display) — Displays your name.
Contact (Display) — Displays your phone number.
Email (Display) — Displays your email address.
Position (Display) — Displays your position description.
Reports to (Display) — Displays your manager's name.
Position (Display) — Displays the position description of your manager.
Refresh (Button) — KPI data refreshes every 15 minutes. Click to refresh immediately. Some charts update nightly. See KPI Data for more details.

Notifications
The Notifications Bell icon shows system alerts.
States:
No icon changes → No notifications
Blinking red dot → Unacknowledged alert
Solid red dot → Acknowledged alert
Lookup with Supplier Type
Many fields in the system have a ** icon next to them.
Click this when you do not know the required code and want to search for a record.
When you select a record in the lookup pop-up, the field will populate automatically and the pop-up will close.
Filters
By (Drop List) — Select the field you want to search on
Text (Text) — Enter search value (case-insensitive)
Supplier Type (Drop List) — Recommended supplier type or
--All--for all suppliersContains Text (Checkbox) — Searches within text values instead of exact match
(Button) — Close lookup pop-up
(Button) — Execute filtering

Advanced Vehicle Search
This popup is launched from the Description field lookup in edit mode.
It shows the stored variant details. If incorrect, you can search and update the contract.
Filters
Variant Code (Text) — Enter if known
Make (Drop List) — Vehicle make
Model (Drop List) — Vehicle model
Model Year (Drop List) — Model year
Body Type (Drop List) — Body type
Variant (Drop List) — Select final variant
Action Buttons
Save — Save selected variant to quote
Cancel — Close without saving

Advanced Vehicle Filter
Used when too many variants exist after selecting Make, Model, Year, and Body Type.
Filters help narrow results.
